You CAN can be an Artist with your camera! I can teach you how!! Learn art theories and how to use your camera as your "paint brush" to create portraits and memories.
Come and enjoy an interactive and creative learning environment of photography. You’ll start to “look” at your world with an artist’s eye with your camera as your “brush.” My workshop is for new camera owners and beginning photographers who want to learn about “all those buttons” on your camera. I’ll take you thru the basic settings and get you ready to go out and take fantastic pictures with our two-hour lessons -- going from taking snapshots to creating portraits. Class is held outside at various locations in Oceanside. This will give you a chance to use what you've learned ... that day!. A few of the locations include: Buddy Todd Park, Heritage Park, the Oceanside Library/Civic Center, Oceanside Harbor, the Pier and Buccaneer Park/Beach.

For dog owners, their dog's a member of the family; so of course, they need to be part of the family portrait. You'll create your own individual and special picture of your dog.
You don’t need to be a photographer. Whether you use your camera phone, a point and shoot, or a SLR; you've learn on how to photograph your dog ... get exciting images and creating amazing results. I'll reinforce photography’s fundamental basic: aperture, shutter speed, ISO, white balance and much more. I'll share secrets about on-location shoots, using natural light and/or scenarios with minimal lighting, photographing from various “points of view” to take the picture. I'll review photographing dark and light color dogs, unruly and fearful dogs and posing multiple dogs. I'll highlight unlocking your dog's motivation for cooperation, (rooted in positive-reinforcement-based techniques) used by dog-training professionals.
Please bring your camera and photographic gear because I'll be bring a live model so you can test what you've learned in class.
$99 With a smaller class, so you will get plenty of personal instruction. The workshop will be held in the North County (Oceanside). Limit on only 10-12 students per class. If a class is full, you can be added to a waiting list. New classes are added monthly. For Pet Photography workshop, your dog is invited to come. Please make sure that he/she must be well mannered and have all their vaccinations. Once I received your registration, I'll send to the PayPal Link.
$125 for Private sessions. If you prefer a one-on-one instructions, we can arrange that just for you. Once I received your registration, I'll send to the PayPal Link.
